A Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor, I have spent more than ten years working with individuals and learning about the relationships between food, mood, health and eating behaviour.

I am dedicated to providing a supportive, non-judgemental environment in which to help you:
